In a pristine suburban neighborhood, an affable real estate agent guides a young couple through a series of immaculate homes—each with a deeply unsettling past. As he methodically reveals the violent and inexplicable fates of their previous owners, the couple is drawn into a darkly comic descent beneath the veneer of domestic perfection.

What begins as an awkward sales pitch evolves into something far more disturbing, as the agent’s relentless need to close the deal begins to spiral into something unhinged—and impossible to escape.
